EXPLORATION OF VOID
THE CHARACTERS
Exploration of Void is the main art toy series by Atom Toys Studios. Every character has an empty space in its body, and a small joy sits inside it.
WHAT IS THE VOID?
The void is a hole in each character's body. It stands for the emptiness we all feel sometimes. Inside it sits a small joy, like a sneaker, a burger or a flower, as a reminder to notice the small wins that keep us going.
WHAT IS AN ART TOY?
An art toy is art in the medium of toys. It always blends a grown-up topic with a childhood element. The friendly toy shape carries a heavier feeling, and that tension is what makes it art.
JOY BOY
CHASE · GLOW · FADE
Joy Boy is our endless chase for comfort through things. Each new object of desire glows in his void and keeps him warm against the humdrum of life. Then the glow fades, and the chase starts again.
MISS BLISS
Miss Bliss is about escapism. Her void holds the small worlds we slip into when everyday life gets heavy. She finds the ones that let her disappear for a while, then she comes back.
SNACK JACK
Snack Jack is the next character in Exploration of Void. A burger sits in his void, the small comfort we reach for at the end of a long day. He is still in the studio. Join the list to meet him first.
