The Concept

We live in a world that constantly reminds us what is important: work, productivity, efficiency, growth — the things that keep life moving.

This exhibition is about something else. The things we often place to the side the hobbies, collections, toys, art, imagination, and play. The things we are told are non-essential.

Perhaps you will discover something that reminds you of yourself. And perhaps by the end, you may find yourself questioning whether these things were ever non-essential at all.

Art. Play. Music. Connection. Non-essential, perhaps. Human, undoubtedly.

  • Nigel Goh

    Multidisciplinary Art Toys

    Singapore

    Co-founder of Atom Toys. His work is guided by a single idea the void, and the small joys we reach for to fill it. Each series explores a different way that pursuit takes shape.

  • Mainu Yinoot

    Sculpture - Paper Clay

    Paraguay

    Builds a real, physical connection between people and the endangered species she sculpts, blending strange and playful textures that invite closer interaction with the work.

  • Martín Acuña

    Sound Art / Composition

    Shapes audio textures through hardware, synthesis, and effects, building soundscapes that move alongside the visual work in the room rather than sitting behind it.

From August 13, every artist's pieces go live here first — a quiet head start before the doors open on the night. Everything shown is one-of-a-kind or a small run, so once a piece is marked reserved, it's found its home.

FAQ

  • Yes — we ship worldwide. For most countries, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay. For orders shipping to the United States, please reach out to us by email or Instagram first, since shipping costs there change frequently and we'll confirm the rate with you directly.

  • Once your order ships, it takes an estimated 7–14 business days to arrive, shipped from Finland. You'll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as it's on its way

  • Prices shown include VAT for orders within the EU. For orders outside the EU, VAT is not applicable, and any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery

  • Every piece ships with a numbered certificate matching its edition number, hand-signed by the artist, and carries its own serial number. If you ever want to double check, you can always verify a serial number with us directly by email.

  • Some pieces are made as fixed, final editions once they sell out, that's it, no restock. Others are made in small batches, so a piece showing as sold out may just mean the current batch is gone, with more still to come. If you're not sure which applies to a piece you're after, just reach out and we'll let you know.

  • You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Once you've received your piece, you have 7 days to request a return. For any cancellation or refund request, email us

  • Follow us on Instagram and sign up for our email list that's where we announce new pieces, restocks, and drops first, usually before they go live on the site.
